1. Please hang the alloy saw blade vertically on a dry rack, avoiding damp places. Do not place the alloy saw blade flat on the ground or rack, as it may cause deformation of the alloy saw blade.

2. When using, do not exceed the specified maximum speed.

5. When installing the alloy saw blade, it is necessary to first check whether there are cracks, distortions, leveling, tooth loss, and other phenomena on the alloy saw blade before installation.   

6. The serrations of the alloy saw blade are extremely hard and sharp, and it is prohibited to collide or fall off the ground. It must be handled with care.  

7. After installing the alloy saw blade, it is necessary to confirm whether the center hole of the saw blade is firmly fixed on the flange of the saw table. If there is a gasket, the gasket ring must be securely fitted; Then, gently push the saw blade with your hand to confirm if it rotates eccentrically or shakes.   

8. The cutting direction indicated by the alloy saw blade arrow must be aligned with the rotation direction of the saw table. It is strictly prohibited to install in the opposite direction, as installing in the wrong direction may cause tooth loss.   

9. Pre rotation time: After replacing the alloy saw blade, it is necessary to pre rotate for one minute before use, so that the saw table can enter the working state before cutting.   

Before cutting, it is necessary to confirm whether the purpose of the alloy saw blade is consistent with the material being cut.   

When cutting materials, it is necessary to gently insert the normally operating saw blade into the material and prohibit forceful pressure and pushing.

12. Reverse rotation is prohibited as it can cause tooth loss and pose a danger.   

13. If you hear abnormal sounds or see abnormal shaking or uneven cutting during use, please stop working immediately and investigate the cause of the abnormality. Replace the saw blade.   

14. When cutting, it is prohibited to suddenly stop the saw blade in the middle of the object being cut. Stopping in the middle of the cutting material can cause the sawtooth to fall off and the saw blade to deform.   

15. Please apply rust proof oil promptly after cutting. To prevent rust on the saw blade.   

When the serrations are not sharp, they need to be ground again. They must be taken to the manufacturer's designated grinding shop or a shop with grinding technology for grinding. Otherwise, it will damage the original angle of the saw teeth, affect cutting accuracy, and shorten the service life of the saw blade.
